Anacortes Real Estate - the easy way!
It doesn’t get much easier than this… Thanks to my super-smart web designer, you can now get an automatic e-mail to alert you to blog updates on this site. Whenever I post new stats or market information, a community event, a new listing, etc., you can get a friendly little e-mail to tell you that there is something new to look at.
Here’s how: Just under the main heading and to the right on this page, you’ll see two SUBSCRIBE options. Click on EMAIL. Fill out the little form that pops up and there you go! You will be sent a confirmation e-mail from a service called “FeedBurner” (don’t ask). You must respond to it to make sure you are a real live person and not some evil computer robot. If you don’t get the confirmation e-mail, be sure and check your spam files - sometimes it gets diverted there accidentally. If you have any issues getting this to work, please call me right away so I can fix it for you! When you start getting actual notification emails, they will come from my address - meredith@windermere.com.
If you are way smarter than me (likely) and understand the ins and outs of RSS - there is a button for that as well. If you don’t know what RSS means, pretend like I never even said that and stick with the e-mail option.
Also, I have a couple of auto-notification services for all Northwest listings that are very easy to use. You can set your own criteria - location, size, price, etc. - and get an auto-notification of new listings the second they hit the market. I actually have access to two programs that will do this - let me know what you are looking for and we’ll figure out which one is right for you. That is a great way to see new stuff if you are looking for property either casually or urgently. It’s also a great way to passively keep tabs on property values and market competition if you are actively selling or thinking of selling.
